Oh Sh*t!

Yep, I said it...and you guessed it!



That's the words we heard from the backseat of the truck this weekend while driving down the freeway. Over and over and over...one glance at Daddy and he is tight lipped chuckling under his breath and I am staring at my phone laughing (silently) hysterically...so he wouldn't see us. Did he really just say that?



After we dried our tears from the shock, laughter and a moment you can never take back...we look at D and say "Bad word"..."oh no". As he repeats "Oh NO"?



Well, sure enough 10 minutes later when we are in the store, out comes the "bad word" AGAIN and over and over! Oh yeah, we will get that parent of the year award...hands down!



We are shocked, is it that time already? Do we have to watch what we say, this soon?



It wasn't bad being he wasn't using it context, but then came the moment when he used it in context b/c he missed the spot he was throwing his ball at. We've tried to re-iterate "Oh No". He'll then repeat "Oh No" with his hands over his ears like oh sh*t was never said.

He's said it once at school and that is it. Hopefully with Mommy and Daddy watching what they say and those around them...we can hopefully get rid of this potty mouth very quickly! It doesn't help that every word that comes out of our mouth (if you pay close attention) he is staring and watching how you pronounce it.



So...our new words "Oh my garden" and "Cheese and crackers". We shall see how this goes...wish us luck.



P.S. I do have to say...it's funny but even funnier when you hear it in person. PRICELESS!
